How does your laundry pickup and delivery service work?

Scheduling your laundry pickup is easy! Simply book your preferred time window using our online scheduling system. We’ll pick up your dirty laundry, wash and fold it with care and return it fresh, clean and neatly packed within 48 hours—or even the same day with our express laundry service!

Can I request special laundry preferences?

Absolutely! When scheduling your wash and fold service, you can request specific detergents including eco-friendly or hypoallergenic options, fabric softeners, air/hang drying, color-separated wash, color-separated fold, green washing, wash temperatures and more. We want your laundry to be done just the way you like it.

What is your turnaround time?

Our typical turnaround time is next-day laundry delivery. Need it faster? We offer same-day laundry service for an additional fee.

What areas do you offer pickup and delivery in?

We pickup and deliver laundry in Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, Wildlight, Yulee Heights and Yulee east of I-95. Not sure if you’re in our service zone? Just ask!

What happens if it’s raining on my pickup day?

No worries! We recommend placing your laundry in a waterproof bag or in a covered, secure location. If needed, we can reschedule your pickup to keep your laundry safe and dry.

Can I schedule my delivery for a different day or location?

Yes! If you’d like your laundry delivered on a specific day or at a different drop-off spot, just let us know when you schedule your pickup.

Do you provide laundry bags?

Yes! After your first two pickups, we’ll provide you with a reusable laundry bag to make drop-offs even easier, upon request.

Do you wash comforters, bedding and large items?

Yes! As long as your items are machine washable and fit in our standard laundry bag, we’ll take care of them. If you have oversized items that require special handling, just reach out and we’ll discuss the best solution for you.

Are there any items you don’t wash?

We are unable to process non-machine washable items, heavily soiled or hazardous materials, or items with infestations, mold or excessive pet hair. If you're unsure, feel free to ask before scheduling.

Can you hang up my clothes?

Absolutely! We’re happy to hang your freshly cleaned garments. We recommend providing your own hangers, but we can supply hangers for $5 per set of 10 if needed.

How do I pay for my laundry service?

Payment is collected once your laundry has been cleaned and is ready for delivery. We accept credit cards and cash payments. We use Stripe for secure online payments. If you prefer to pay with cash, just let us know when you schedule your pickup online.

Do I need to pay upfront?

No, we only process your payment once your laundry has been washed, folded, and prepared for delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Can I change my payment method?

Yes! If you need to update your payment method, just let us know before your laundry is delivered.

How do I know when my payment has been processed?

You'll receive a confirmation email or text once your payment has been successfully processed before delivery.
